Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every trunk has its own Limited Lifetime Warranty Card.  Each card will also have your specific serial number attached to it.

Infinity Trunk LLC (Infinity Trunk) Limited LIFETIME WARRANTY

Infinity Trunk will replace and deliver your trunk free of charge within a reasonable timeframe after a reported structure fire and/or flooding of your domicile resulting in permanent damage to your trunk.


Infinity Trunk warrants each new trunk to be free from functional and significant cosmetic defects for the lifetime of its original owner. Infinity Trunk shall at its sole discretion and absolute option, either repair or replace your trunk with the same model or its equivalent model free of charge. It is up to Infinity Trunk’s discretion to apply this warranty more than once per trunk. This warranty is not transferable.

Infinity Trunk is not liable for any damage done to personal property inside the Infinity Trunk in the event of a product failure. Fires are unpredictable and there is no way to guarantee that every single scenario is accounted for. We recommend storing high monetary value items in a safety deposit box. Your local Fire Department response and ability will play a large role in your Infinity Trunk’s performance during a fire.

What's Not Covered:

Any trunks that have been modified in any way from its original factory design. This includes, but is not limited to paint, replacement of the bench top, new hardware, any and all holes drilled into or through the trunk.

 Acts Of God, Misuse Or Abuse- The warranty is void if you; accidentally drop the trunk from an excessive height, make alterations or interfere with the waterproofing, fireproofing or locking system, do your own torture tests, earthquake damage, tornado damage, hurricane damage or any other Act of God that doesn’t involve strictly fire or water exposure. Should an Act of God not involving fire or water exposure occur it is up to Infinity Trunk’s discretion to repair  the trunk at no charge, considering the customer pays all shipping charges. We are reasonable people and strive to provide excellent customer service whenever possible..

Chipped paint and/or other cosmetic damage caused by misuse or handling. Cosmetic repairs will be done at the sole discretion of Infinity Trunk and photographic proof will be required..

Mold damage caused by lack of maintenance (see Buyer Responsibilities).

Trunks moved outside of the continental United States.

Damages caused to your home or property during delivery by our associated shipping partner. Any and all provable damages caused by the delivery company will be covered by our associated delivery partner and are not the responsibility of Infinity Trunk.

To Obtain Warranty Service: You must notify us about the issue or event within 30 days of the incident (it's up to our discretion to extend the 30 day period) and provide proof of purchase. In the event your trunk is damaged by an incident involving fire, you must also supply a letter from your homeowners insurance company denying payment/coverage of the trunk, accompanied with photographs of the damage.

 Shipping It Back For Repairs- You must have prior authorization to return the defective trunk empty of contents. Any product shipped back or returned without prior authorization will not be repaired or replaced. Please contact us by either phone or email to start the shipping and repair process. Buyer Responsibility Is As Follows:. To prevent injury to hands and fingers use caution when closing or opening the door ensuring no hands or fingers are within the closing area. Do not open the trunk while it's tipped on its side. Do not allow children to operate or use Infinity Trunk as injury may occur. Keep Infinity Trunk locked at all times. 

Your Trunk is AIRTIGHT: Every 3-6 months you must open the trunk and inspect the provided moisture bag. If the pink indicator dot on the bag is blue, place in the microwave for 6 minutes on high to cook out excessive moisture. Once cooled, place back in the velvet pouch and return to your trunk. Failing to do this will result in moisture build up and eventually mold. This damage is not covered by your warranty.

Infinity Trunk is not a theft deterrent device nor intended to be used as a safe. Infinity Trunk is designed to protect the items placed inside from fire and water damage only. At no point does Infinity Trunk claim this is a safe or claim to keep your items inside the trunk safe from theft. Any claims regarding theft will not be considered.

No Other Warranties: This agreement is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement. No employee of Infinity Trunk or any other party is authorized to make any warranty in addition to those made in this agreement. THIS WARRANTY PERTAINS ONLY TO THE INFINITY TRUNK ITSELF, AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO THE CONTENTS OF THE TRUNK. FOR OPTIMAL SECURITY AND PROTECTION, LID SHOULD REMAIN LOCKED WITH A PADLOCK AT ALL TIMES 


Disclaimer of Warranty: THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY BE DEEMED TO COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. Venue and Choice of Law: Any claims arising from this limited warranty shall be resolved in the State of Illinois and Illinois law will apply to any dispute


Limitation of Remedies: In no case shall Infinity Trunk be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue, loss of the contents of the trunk, loss of use of the trunk, or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of any substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime, the claims of third parties including customers, and injury to property.
